Refund Policy

RETURNS:

All our terms and conditions are within 30 days. If 30 days pass after you received the order, unfortunately, you can’t use any of our offers for a refund or exchange.

To be able to use the product return rule, the product must be packaged in the same way as you received it and you have not used it or opened it. for absolute return, we expect a receipt or any proof of purchase (something like the order number, order email, or a screenshot of order completion, if you do not know from which source you should get this information, you can send us an email to info@onoffbeauty.com so that our experts can help you.).

in case you received the wrong item or the product you received is different from the product you ordered, please reach us within 48 hours after delivery. We will provide the correct items to deliver or you can take back all your payments.

For defective goods, please take photos or videos and send an email to us at info@onoffbeauty.com. we will refund or return your purchase after your product failure is confirmed.

Diverse sorts of products are free from returning. Perishable products like fruit or food, flowers, or periodical publications such as newspapers and magazines cannot be returned.

Please note that we also do not accept hazardous products such as flammable chemicals or gases and intimate or sanitary products.

other non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • software products that can be Downloaded
  • Some of the health and private care items
  • items that don’t have any receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Products returned by the customer without our notice

 

In some cases, some parts of the product or cost will be refunded to you.

These products include

  • Book with noticeable signs of usage
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, computer game, tape, or vinyl record that has been uncovered
  • Each item that isn't in original condition such as damaged or missing pieces when it wasn't due to our error
  • Any product that is returned after 30 days from the time of delivery

 

REFUNDS

Request a refund before sending the product

If you send a return request before we send you the items, the packing process will stop and your money will be refunded within 3 to 5 working days.

Refund for shipped item:

If you send a return request after we send the product, we will deduct the shipping cost from the total cost paid by you.

We will email you an address to send the goods to. We inform you after receiving the goods. Your refund will be confirmed if the returned item is following our policies.

Refund for used item:

If you already used the product and you are not comfortable with it, you may want to return it. We give you our package receive address; we check the product. If the product was not damaged and is considered as a returned item that we can second-time sell, your cost will be refunded.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced products are often refunded, unfortunately, sale products can't be refunded.

HOW LONG You’ll GET YOUR REFUNDS (if applicable)

As we receive your item and inspected it, we email you to inform you that we have taken your returned piece. We will also tell you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are accepted, then your refund will be prepared, and a credit will automatically be deposit to your credit card or another original method of payment, within 3-5 workdays.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t taken a refund yet, initial from checking your bank account again. Then reach your credit card organization, it may need some time before your payment is formally posted. Exchanges (if applicable)

We just rearrange items that are incomplete or damaged. Gifts

If someone has sent the products directly to your address as a gift, there is a possibility of exchange. You can use the gift receipt to return the products. We will email you a present certificate.

If the products have not been purchased as a gift and the person has given them to you as a gift, you can receive the receipt from your friend and send it to us.

Return shipping cost:

If the product is disabled, cannot operate normally or you believe it is annoying for you, we will bear the shipping charge;

If you got an incorrect product or the product does not meet our order, we will bear the shipping payment;

If you don’t like it after buying, or you didn’t check our product description correctly make the product not proper for you, you will be liable for returning shipping costs. Shipping prices stay non-refundable. If you obtain a refund, the payment of replacement shipping will be deducted from your settlement.
