SHIPPING INFORMATION

Where are the products coming from?

Most of our items are traded from our warehouses in China and other countries involving the United States that distribute few items.  Sometimes your purchase may come in separate packages at several times.

What places do you send products to and how much does it cost?

We present worldwide transportation all over the world. (Please notice that we do not export to Alaska, Hawaii, or peripheral islands.) The product cost does not contain shipping charges. The online system will make a shipping fee for your purchase.

How long does delivery take?

We export everywhere in the world so it depends on your country of residence, also our merchandise is shipped from different warehouses. We aspire to make sure you will receive your items as soon as possible so we prepare packages between Monday and Friday. Orders will be prepared within 2-3 business days from the date you order. Shipping starts the next day after the processing day. Please be aware that we don't send on weekends. Based on our research on delivering more than 50,000 orders, normally it may take from 10 - 40 days. This is profoundly based on the customs and import system in your country. Why are my orders sent in Several Packs?

If you order a multi-item purchase, each item may be sent from a separate international warehouse. We choose the best place to ship that will deliver the product to you sooner. Sometimes your custom product may be popular and not available at the moment, so we will resend the product to you as soon as it is available. Our goal is to get the available products to you faster and without delay.

When will the ordered product be delivered to me?

Purchases are sent straight from any of our many national & international warehouses and they will perform everything they can to arrange your order as fast as possible! Based on the reputation of our suggestions, please acknowledge an estimated 1-5 weeks for your order to enter the USA (differs from goods to goods). Different countries can take an expected 1-6 weeks (differs from goods to goods) based on length of traveling and systems. Please remark that because of the extreme universality of our suggestions, these are only guesstimates.

What happens if my orders fail and I do not receive them?

Every order is sent with guaranteed shipping and approach. If an order is stuck in the way, sent back, or even missed throughout the transportation process, we apologize!
